Each year hundreds of Americans are injured by negligence aboard trains, buses, and other forms of mass transportation. In many cases these injuries are suffered as a result of poor maintenance or a failure to abide by adequate safety measures by those work on or are in charge of mass transit vehicles. Often times injuries suffered aboard a mass transit vehicle or accidents involving buses or trains can cause severe and debilitating injuries or even death to the victim or victims.
