Ben Black

Associate

Ben is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on helping those who have been harmed by individuals and corporations. He represents clients nationwide who have been injured by pharmaceuticals, medical devices, toxic substances or the negligence of others. Ben graduated, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts and also received his law degree from the University of Texas.

Ben has spent his entire career representing thousands of people across the country in both single event cases and multidistrict litigation. Ben is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.
