Co-lead counsel in a property damage case that was certified as a class action against 12 oil refining companies for damages arising out of the escape of pollutants benzene and hexavalent chrome into soil and groundwater for approximately 5,000 properties along the Corpus Christi ship channel; a subset of personal injury hematological cancer cases were also  brought in a companion case and settled.
