Taxotere
The Court is still in the process of setting the next bellwether trial after the first bellwether resulted in a verdict for the defense. COVID restrictions have caused the second bellwether trial to be reset several times so no date has yet been established.
Hernia Mesh
Bard Hernia Mesh cases have been consolidated in Rhode Island and the Court has been attempting to schedule the first bellwether trial. Initially the trial was set to start in September 2020 but the trial was postponed due to COVID. The Court is still in the process of setting a new date for the bellwether trial.
