How were you exposed?
Farmworkers are the core claimant group in the paraquat, chlorpyrifos, and Dacthal cases. Years of mixing, loading, or spraying matter most in a paraquat Parkinson's claim.
Paraquat and agricultural chlorpyrifos are restricted-use products, so certified applicators carry some of the heaviest exposure. Commercial sprayers also make up much of the Roundup lymphoma litigation.
One of the first chlorpyrifos Parkinson's suits came from a former pest control worker. Diazinon and malathion sit on IARC's probable carcinogen list for lymphoma.
Chlorpyrifos claims include bystanders hit by drift. Dicamba drift claims cover damaged crops, gardens, and trees rather than personal injury.
EPA suspended Dacthal over risks to babies exposed in the womb, and chlorpyrifos suits include children exposed before birth. These claims belong to the child.
Roundup is the main consumer claim, and homeowners diagnosed with lymphoma may still have options in the Roundup lawsuit. Most other agents on this list were sold for farm or professional use.
