Andrew Holcomb

Associate Attorney

Andrew is an associate attorney at Reich & Binstock, LLP, where he focuses his practice on representing survivors of sexual abuse and individuals affected by medical malpractice. He has devoted his legal career to advocating for those who have suffered serious harm due to the negligence of others. Andrew is committed to seeking justice for his clients, both in Texas and across the country, and takes pride in providing compassionate, results-driven representation in complex and sensitive cases.

Andrew has been repeatedly recognized for his excellence in advocacy, including being
named a Top Lawyer in Plaintiff’s Medical Malpractice multiple times by Houstonia Magazine and earning a spot among The National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff’s Attorneys.

Andrew received his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center. While in law school, he distinguished himself as a skilled advocate, competing in national mock trial
tournaments. He was a finalist in the Georgetown White Collar Crime Invitational and won the national championship at the Capitol City Challenge hosted by American University Washington College of Law. In recognition of his excellence in trial advocacy, Andrew was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, a national honor society recognizing exceptional advocacy.

Andrew is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.
